Ken is a skilled financial executive with over 30 years of experience building businesses worldwide. Ken attained a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management.

Ken is a Certified Public Account and Registered Investment Advisor Representative. He has been a senior financial executive with major international companies including Fiskars Consumer Products and Harris Corporation.

Ken has led and completed key strategic alliances, joint ventures and acquisitions with major global companies. He also has an established track record of developing sales networks, evaluating and implementing business plans worldwide through acquisitions, joint ventures and start-up operations. and global financial management.

Ed has over 51 years experience assisting companies in accounting, tax, portfolio management, acquisitions and board advisory services.

As a Certified Public Accountant Ed has worked with large corporations, entrepreneurial groups, financial institutions and individual investors developing businesses throughout the USA. An experienced expert Ed provides financial management and tax advisory services.

Thomas Peczerski, Consultant

Tom has more than 25 years of executive level (GM, COO, CEO) experience running start-ups to mid-sized companies for multinationals and privately held entities. Tom has a track record of sales growth and profit improvement centered on customer focus, innovative marketing strategies, metric driven operational efficiencies and financial discipline.

Tom has a wealth of experience running domestic and global manufacturing companies in a variety of industries including operations in Venezuela, Colombia, Poland, Germany and the USA. In 1991, Tom started up a world class manufacturing plant for Stanley Tools, one of the first foreign joint ventures in Poland after the iron curtain fell in Eastern Europe.

Tom is well travelled, lived for more than 20 years on 3 continents, attended university in Spain and Poland, and is fluent in Spanish, Polish and conversant in German. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Professional Accounting (MSPA) from the University of Hartford.

Sergio Diaz, Consultant

Sergio's work experience is multifaceted; spanning 4 different countries Colombia, Canada (Quebec), Mexico and the US, in three different languages (Spanish, English and French) and 4 different cultures. He can quickly adapt to new opportunities and brings to our clients a unique perspective from his work as a technical customer assistant and salesman, entrepreneur (business owner in Colombia), Sales & Marketing Consultant and International Business Development Manager dealing with manufactured and agricultural products, and foods.

Sergio's expertise is distribution channel set up, international marketing plans, sales generation, technical development and customer assistance in multidisciplinary environments at small and medium enterprises, establishing long term relationships with customers and key partners throughout the Americas and in particular the NAFTA markets, Colombia and Quebec.

Sergio has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and holds and MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management. His engineering background enables him to understand highly technical products and processes while striking a balance with his business acumen and education.
