Ken founded E.M. Wasylik Associates in 1998 and brings 40+ years of global business-building experience across 120+ countries (with on-the-ground work in 85+), including senior finance roles at Fiskars Consumer Products and L3Harris, extensive leadership in alliances/JVs/acquisitions and sales network development, degrees from Marquette and Thunderbird, and service on the Wisconsin District Export Council and as past president of the Madison International Trade Association.

Larissa Stenglein

International Business Development Associate

Larissa Stenglein supports EMW with trade-commission experience, strong market research and deal-coordination skills, fluency in German (and working Arabic), and a background fostering U.S.–German partnerships at the German American Chambers of Commerce, backed by Economics/International Studies degrees from UW–Madison and study at the Vienna School of Business and Economics.
